Home Medical Visit

Home medical visit. Appointment are scheduled as house-calls, at a location indicated by you. Based on the patient’s location, a commuting charge may be applied.

Medical visit includes the detection of vital parameter as blood pressure, O2 saturation, body temperature.

Scheduled Video-call

In case of multiple-days therapies, a nurse can be provided to administer the therapy at the patient’s house or accommodation.

Based on the patient’s location, a commuting charge may be applied.

Medical prescription

Most drugs in Italy can only be sold upon medical prescription. A prescription can only be released after a medical visit, and is included in the price of the visit.

Prescription renewal / extension

If you present a prescription issued in the previous 1 month, we can provide you with an equivalent Italian prescription. We accept medical prescriptions issued by recognised doctors from inside and outside the EU/EEA territories.

A prescription renewal can be issued as a stand-alone, and does not require a medical visit.

Drug administration (Extra)

At doctor’s discretion, it may be appropriate to administrer a therapy immediately at the time of the visit. Drugs would be provided by the doctor.

Basic surgery and medication (Extra)

Disinfection and bandaging of wounds.

Advanced surgery and medication (Extra)

Disinfection and bandaging of wounds. Administration of local anaesthetic, if necessary. External or intra-dermic stitches, based on doctor’s discretion.

Execution of ECG test, with provision of a written record in English detailing the findings.

For appointments that take place between 8pm and 8am (20:00-08:00), during weekends, and national holidays.

Please be aware that night visits are subject to doctors’ availability and may not be available at times.
