What languages are available?

Our doctors speak the following languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish. We are able to provide a professional translator for Chinese and Russian.

When no language is specified in the request form, we provide an English-speaking doctor by default.
Kindly be aware that waiting times for other languages may be subject to doctors’ availability.

What are the costs for a medical appointment?

The price varies depending on whether it is a house-call visit, where our doctor comes visit you where you are, or a walk-in visit, where you come meet us in our private clinic in Siena city centre. For all info please refer to our services & pricing page.

Can I get a Covid-19 test with results valid for international air travel?

Yes, all of our Covid-19 tests are complemented by documentation in Italian, English, or both (depending on your preference) that is accepted by airlines for travel purposes. Furthermore, with any Covid-19 test we can issue a Green Pass in English, French and Russian that is valid for 3 days and allows you to travel across Europe without requiring further testing or quarantine.

If you can show proof of vaccination or occurred healing from Covid-19 infection, we can provide a Green Pass with 6 months validity. A Green Pass with 3-day validity is included with all of our Covid-19 tests.

I am not available to see a doctor now. Can we arrange for later?

Should you not be able to see a doctor immediately after submitting a request, just clarify your situation & preferences when filling out the request form (i.e. I am available for the appointment after 6pm) and we will suggest an appointment time that suits your needs. If you don’t indicate this in the request form, we will just assume you want to see a doctor as soon as possible.

I am just spending the day in Siena and don't have a hotel room to receive a doctor visit. What can I do?

We have our private clinic in Siena city centre where our doctors can visit you. Please make sure to send us a request form and to specify that you would like to come to our clinic. Our team will confirm a time slot soon.

Please be aware that we DO NOT accept walk-in visits without appointment, so make sure to have a confirmed appointment before arriving.
